Drumbeat

The 53m (174ft) Drumbeat (ex Salperton) is a fast cruising Ketch designed by Dubois and built by Alloy Yachts NZ and launched in 2002. It is one of the largest pleasure craft ever built in New Zealand and one of the worlds best known sailing yachts. She has a 1400 HP Cat engine, displaces 375t ,a draft of 4.9m (16ft) with 95 tonnes keel ballast. She arrived in our Yard during October 2009 for general maintenance work and servicing.
